Customer Service
We are dedicated to providing quality customer service. Any claims of damages or errors must be reported within five business days. We do not accept returns without prior approval by an authorized company representative.

Please note:
1. Shipping charges are not refundable
2. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
3. Refunds and/or exchanges are not applicable to damaged returns.
4. Make sure tube is packed carefully. Stuff tube so the poster(s) do not shift back and forth while in transit.
5. After the tube is packed safely, we advise you to tape the ends up with packaging tape.
Please do not accept or open a shipment with obvious external damage. Instruct the delivery person to return the package to us and contact us for a replacement.

All our products are carefully packed in tubes and shipped via a certified parcel carrier. PhineArt LLC fully guarantees that your order will arrive in mint condition.

Minimum shipping and handling charges are $10 and may change without notice. Orders are shipped UPS/Fed Ex Ground. You may request priority shipping for an additional fee.
